TRAINING

29 days and counting until our great kayak paddle begins!!

I’ve been working out with Bungalow Fitness 3 times per week. Trainer Rickey is probably one of the best I have ever had! I am incredibly soar one way or another (in a good way!) for at least a day or so after every session. For anyone living in Houston Heights, or the near area- this place is a MUST! When I am not at Bungalow fitness, Taylor and I are jogging, which entails me pushing the 75 pound jogger with Taylor in it a few miles around the bayous of Houston. AND… when we aren’t jogging or working out – we are swimming every Saturday and Sunday. I am up to a half mile!!! And Taylor LOVES the water!

I haven’t worked this hard mentally or physically in probably 20 years. My heart is pushing me on for Taylor and Autism awareness, and my mind is pushing me past all those who doubt the possibilities of what we ALL are able to achieve!
